My name is Maïwenn, and I am a 2010-born goalkeeper, currently a Grade 10 student at Collège Bourget in Rigaud, Québec. Originally from France, I moved to Canada in 2018. I am a member of the Residential Program at Valencia CF Academy Canada and also compete with FC Laval 2009 in the PLSJQ.

I began playing soccer at the age of 9 as a field player and transitioned to a full-time goalkeeper at the age of 11. Since then, I have continued to develop my game and identity as a goalkeeper through high-level training and competitive environments.

My strengths include 1v1 situations, quick reflexes on the goal line, fast and effective decision-making, and my ability to secure rebounds. I am comfortable making quick choices under pressure, whether coming off my line, organizing my defense, or initiating play. My background as a field player has also contributed to strong footwork and distribution, allowing me to confidently play both short passes and long balls.

My objective is to continue developing and compete at the highest level possible.
